In addition to these Terms, your relationship with us shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant DWF Labs entity through which you are onboarded or with which you establish a customer or contractual relationship (the “Applicable Entity Terms”), together with any agreements, confirmations, order forms, term sheets, transaction confirmations or other documents entered into or issued in connection with any specific transaction, product or service (the “Transaction Documents”).

The Applicable Entity Terms and any relevant Transaction Documents shall apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the Transaction Documents shall prevail in respect of the relevant transaction, followed by the Applicable Entity Terms, and then these Terms, unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable document.
