We bring liquidity, investment and incubation, ecosystem development, and OTC and structured markets together in one place, helping institutions, builders, and individuals power the future with liquidity, capital, ideas, and infrastructure.

Markets cannot function without deep, reliable liquidity. Without it, tokens stay illiquid, price discovery breaks down, and infrastructure fails when it is tested.

Since 2022, DWF Labs has worked to close that gap. We supply the liquidity, capital, partnerships, and operating support that help digital markets run more efficiently, transparently, and fairly.

The firm traces its roots to Digital Wave Finance (DWF), a proprietary high-frequency trading firm founded in Switzerland in 2018 by ETH Zurich post-doctorate researchers and quantitative traders from IMC. DWF combined artificial intelligence, machine learning, quantitative research, and algorithmic trading to build strategies across global cryptocurrency markets.

In 2022, the founding team launched DWF Labs as a dedicated client-facing business. The firm expanded beyond proprietary trading into venture investment, market making, secondary market transactions, OTC trading, and ecosystem development.

DWF Labs is among the world’s largest high-frequency digital asset trading organizations. We operate continuously across spot, perpetual, derivatives, and options markets, and are active on more than 80 leading centralized and decentralized exchanges.

We support more than 20% of CoinMarketCap’s Top 100 projects and 35% of its Top 1,000. We have worked with more than 1,000 blockchain companies across Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, DeFi, gaming, AI, payments, infrastructure, and tokenization.

We invest differently. Capital is only the starting point. We work alongside founders on liquidity, token strategy, exchange connectivity, validator infrastructure, fundraising, institutional introductions, business development, and day-to-day operations - all with the aim of building markets that are liquid, sustainable, and globally accessible.

Our portfolio includes leading ecosystems and projects such as Tron, Algorand, Mantle, World Liberty Financial, Jupiter, EOS, Floki, TON, Pump.fun, Celo, Fetch.ai, Yield Guild Games, Beam, and Sonic.

In 2025, DWF Labs founded and incubated Falcon Finance, a synthetic dollar and universal collateralization protocol designed to expand institutional participation in on-chain finance. Falcon extends our work beyond market making and venture investment into the infrastructure behind tokenized capital markets and decentralized financial services.

In 2023, DWF Labs was recognized by Binance Research as a lead investor and by Bybit as a leading liquidity provider. In 2024, Binance named the firm Longest Standing VIP Client. Blockchain Life named DWF Labs Liquidity Provider of the Year in 2024 and 2025.

In 2026, DWF Labs was granted Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) regulatory approval from the BVI Financial Services Commission, authorizing the exchange of virtual assets and participation in/ provision of financial services related to issuer offers/sales of virtual assets as a registered VASP under the BVI VASP Act 2022.
