DWF Labs Backs the First AI Crypto Treasury Initiative

DWF Labs is proud to support Interactive Strength Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNR) and Fetch.ai in their initiative to establish the largest publicly listed U.S. crypto treasury focused on an AI crypto asset.

TRNR, maker of the CLMBR and FORME fitness brands and pending acquirer of Sportstech and Wattbike, has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement to raise up to $500 million, with proceeds dedicated to acquiring $FET tokens, the native asset of Fetch.ai.

Together with private equity firm ATW Partners, DWF Labs has contributed $55 million of initial capital to accelerate TRNR’s $FET acquisitions.

Fetch.ai, a founding member of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI), has pioneered the first decentralized LLM, ASI1, designed for autonomous action. Its AI agents operate independently to optimize industries from healthcare and logistics to finance and digital services.

Through this collaboration, Fetch.ai will partner with TRNR to expand AI-driven digital fitness solutions, leveraging autonomous AI tools to power personalized training and wellness platforms.

This investment is another milestone in the history of business relationship between Fecth.ai and DWF Labs: in 2023, the latter provided $40 million of venture funding to the project to support its effort in building the first decentralized AI.
