Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives
DWF Labs x MemeCore

We announced a partnership with MemeCore, the first Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built for Meme 2.0. Its mainnet introduces community rewards and an on-chain contribution system that recognizes both cultural impact and transaction activity.
Through this partnership, DWF Labs will support MemeCore in driving adoption, community growth, and sustainable meme-driven innovation.

Coincall announced that it has strengthened market liquidity through integrations with leading providers. As a key partner, we worked alongside AmpersanCrypto, FalconX, and Kronos Research to enhance liquidity and improve market access. This collaboration helps ensure better pricing, smoother market access, and improved trading efficiency for users on the platform.
Bybit x DMCC Crypto Centre: Web3 Unleashed #3 Hackathon

Events & Thought Leadership
DWF Labs Haus: Korea Blockchain Week

We began our participation in Korea Blockchain Week by hosting DWF Labs Haus: 2025, which served as a dedicated venue for panels, networking, and community gatherings. We and the Falcon Finance team were thrilled to host our community. Thank you to everyone who joined.
DWF Labs co-hosting Blocks & Beats

We co-hosted Blocks & Beats together with MEXC Ventures, TON Strategy Co, a memecoin community inspired by the first TON Treasury Company listed on Nasdaq, and Tether. The event provided a dedicated space for community interaction and industry networking. Andrei Grachev, Managing Partner of DWF Labs, spoke during a panel about global liquidity trends alongside Cecilia Hsueh and Michael Hung. He discussed our goals of continuing to support projects through incubation, building on RWA solutions such as loans and mortgages, and furthering our focus on yield-bearing stablecoins.
Andrei Grachev at the Sonic Summit 2025
Managing Partner at DWF Labs, Andrei Grachev, spoke at Sonic Summit 2025, hosted by Sonic Labs, where he shared his perspective on venture capital in the crypto sector. In addition, DWF Labs was mentioned as an investor in Sonic SVM’s funding round, underscoring our support for the broader Sonic ecosystem.
Tokenized Capital Summit 2025
Partner at DWF Labs, Lingling Jiang participated in the Tokenized Capital Summit 2025, hosted by Gamma Prime, discussing VC investments and institutional participation in Web3.
Media Coverage
In September, Andrei Grachev, Managing Partner at DWF Labs, shared key insights on several crypto and regulatory themes.
In Crypto.news, he emphasized that, under new U.S. stablecoin rules, separating income from liquidity is essential, warning that simply placing assets on-chain is insufficient without full issuance, settlement, and return frameworks.
On the topic of real-world asset tokenization in FinanceFeeds, Grachev argued that regulatory compliance is the foundation for investor confidence and that managing the full asset lifecycle, from onboarding to yield distribution, will determine long-term success.
He also commented in Benzinga that Ethereum ETFs are drawing institutional inflows as a reflection of growing adoption, while cautioning that high valuations and speculative expectations present risks.
DWF Ventures Research Threads
In September, DWF Ventures published several analyses on key developments across the crypto industry.
The thread, “Why the WLFI Token Launch Matters”, explored the significance of World Liberty Financial’s token debut and its potential role in shaping tokenized finance.

Turning to infrastructure, “Is Linea the Next Layer-2 Blockchain to Watch?” examined Linea’s positioning within the increasingly competitive Layer-2 ecosystem, noting its technical roadmap and adoption metrics and highlighted notable projects to watch.

Finally, in “The Rise of Yield-Bearing Stablecoins” thread, the DWF Ventures team reviewed how yield-generating stable assets, like Falcon Finance, are gaining traction as both an investment vehicle and a foundational building block for DeFi.

Careers at DWF Labs

This September, we continued expanding our team and opened several new roles across business development and capital markets. Positions included business development manager, business development lead (North America), senior BD – institutional credit, and senior BD – capital acquisition. We invited applicants to join us in building the future of crypto and Web3.
Conclusion
September 2025 highlighted the balance of our work across partnerships, events, research, and thought leadership. Our activities reflected a continued focus on strengthening market infrastructure, supporting innovation, and contributing to ongoing discussions shaping the future of Web3. As the industry evolves, we remain committed to fostering sustainable growth and building long-term value across the ecosystem.
